If you regret your purchase (right of returns )

You have a 30-day right of returns when you shop at Naturelle.dk. The right of returns runs from the day

you have received the item. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is substantially returned

same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, lapses if you use the item in a way that

which impairs the sales value of the product significantly. For hygienic reasons, you can not break

the transparent packaging. Therefore send the packaging with the return, to the conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal is fulfilled.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item. Of course, if you regret your purchase, you will get it

If there is something wrong with the item you have the right to complaint

When you shop at naturelle.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. That means you either

can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an erroneous use of the product or other harmful behavior.

How fast should I advertise?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise

within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
