Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges

  • 1 apple

  • 2.5 cm fresh ginger

Procedure:

  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges.

  2. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into slices.

  3. Peel the ginger.

  4. Juice oranges, apple and ginger together.

  5. Serve immediately – preferably cold!
