I haven't received my package. What do I do now?
When you do not receive your package at the expected time, it is a good idea to check whether the delivery address you have provided is correct. If there is an error in the address or name, please contact us so that we can correct the error in cooperation with Postnord, Bing or GLS.
You can also check if your name is visible on the mailbox.
If unfortunately the package cannot be found, it will be returned to us within 14 days, and we will contact you the same day when we receive the package from the relevant transport company.
In the event that the package is not returned to us after 14 days, we will contact the transport company to resolve the problem in cooperation with them.
In both cases, we will find a solution together with you and send a new package to your delivery address.
